Fire Cider has been used for a very long time to support congestion, and general health and wellness. Fire cider is made by mixing apple cider vinegar with a variety of other ingredients including star anise, yellow mustard seed, brown mustard seed, dry rosemary, cinnamon sticks, jalapeño, fresh garlic, dry parsley, dry basil, dry oregano, dry cayenne peppers, whole allspice, dry coriander, fresh ginger, fresh turmeric, fresh daikon radish, fresh lemons, fresh horseradish, dry cloves, whole black Peppercorns, fresh habanero, fresh onions, dry orange peel, dry rose hips. We then let it infuse for a month, strain everything out which leaves a delicious tonic.

The tonic can be drinken straight, mixed with honey, made into a marinade and used in a variety of ways when cooking.
